What does my package contain?
You will receive your personalized bolster cover in high definition, carefully packaged and ready to be placed on your padding. Please note that to reduce shipping costs, the insert (the inner cushion) is not included.
Why do you only sell the cover without the bolster?
It's a matter of common sense (and saving money)! Shipping a 160 cm or 180 cm pre-padded bolster would be very expensive due to its size. By selling only the cover, we allow you to:
- Save on delivery.
- Choose the comfort of your padding (firmer or softer according to your preference).
Where can I buy the padding (the insert)?
It's very simple! You can easily find standard-sized white bolsters (140, 160, or 180 cm) on Amazon or at IKEA. Just slip our cover over it, and you're all set.

What is the quality of the fabric and how do you wash it?
Our covers are made of 100% high-density polyester, an ultra-soft and very durable material. For care, it’s easy: the cover can be put in the washing machine (delicate cycle recommended at 30°C) to stay fresh and vibrant like the first day.

What are the delivery times for receiving my bolster?
Each cover is made to order to ensure perfect printing.

So expect about ten days for your creation to arrive at your home.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to guide your future sleep companion to your door.
Customization & Returns
Can I change my photo after placing the order?
Once the order is confirmed, our workshop starts printing very quickly. You usually have 2 hours to contact us in case of an error. After that, the process is underway!
What is your return policy?
Since this is a fully personalized product with your own photos, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (your bolster is one of a kind, we couldn’t resell it!).
However, if you encounter a manufacturing or quality issue, contact us. We’re not robots: we will always find a solution together to ensure you are satisfied.
Are there any limits to the photos I can send?
Let your imagination run wild! Whether it’s your favorite star, a joke among friends, or your pet, we print almost anything. The only limit: we systematically refuse any content that is pornographic, child pornographic, or incites hatred. We’re here for fun and comfort, so let’s stay within the law!
Why is my image rejected during upload?
If the site does not accept your file, it is usually a format issue. For our printer to read your masterpiece, your image must be in .JPG or .PNG. If your photo is in another format (such as iPhone's HEIC or WEBP), use a free online converter to change it to JPG. Also, make sure your file does not exceed 15 MB.
