General Terms of Sale and Use (GTS/GTU)

Article 1 - Scope These general terms of sale and use (hereinafter the "GTS") apply to all sales of products concluded between Enluzia (hereinafter the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") via the website https://enluzia.com/ (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 2 - Products The Seller offers for sale jewelry and fashion accessories. The essential features of the products and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the Site. The Seller undertakes to present the products with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations (colors, dimensions) may exist.

Article 3 - Prices The prices of the products are indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included). In accordance with the Seller's commercial policy, standard delivery charges are free for all orders, with no minimum purchase (unless explicitly stated otherwise during special promotions). The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 - Order The Customer places their order online. The order will only be definitively recorded upon the final confirmation on the payment screen. The confirmation "click" constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

Article 5 - Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay by bank card or any other payment method offered on the Site (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol.

Article 6 - Delivery Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.

  • Timeframes: Orders are shipped from our international logistics warehouses. The average delivery time observed is 5 to 10 working days after order processing.

  • Delay: Enluzia cannot be held responsible for consequences due to delivery delays beyond its control (customs, strikes, bad weather).

Article 7 - Commercial Guarantee & Right of Withdrawal Well beyond the legal period of 14 days, Enluzia offers its Customers a 90-day Satisfaction or Refund Guarantee. The Customer therefore has 90 days from receipt of the Product to request a return, for any reason whatsoever (change of mind).

Article 8 - Returns and Refunds

  • Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition, new and complete.

  • Return costs: In case of withdrawal or change of mind, return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In case of non-conformity defect or damaged product, costs are borne by the Seller.

  • Refund: Refund will be made within 14 days following receipt and verification of the returned product, via the payment method used at the time of order.

Article 9 - Legal Guarantees Independently of the commercial guarantee, the Seller remains liable for defects of conformity of the good to the contract (Legal Guarantee of Conformity, articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code) for a period of 2 years.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos) are and remain the intellectual property and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site.

Article 11 - Personal Data The Seller collects personal information and data concerning the Customer, necessary for order management. These data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 12 - Applicable Law and Disputes These GTS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
