What are the delivery times?
Our timeframes are divided into two stages:
- Processing time: 1 to 3 working days (preparing and packing your order).
- Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days once the parcel has been sent.
We ship our products worldwide. Please note that for some more distant or remote areas, the times may be slightly longer depending on local postal services.

You have 90 days after receipt to return your item if it does not suit you. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened.
- You must first contact us by sending photos of the product along with the exact reason for your return.
- Once these details are approved, we will provide you with the return address.
