Enluzia is committed to providing its customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can benefit from our extended warranty and return your product for a refund or exchange within 90 days from the date of receipt.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).

2. Return Fees

  • Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction: If you wish to return a product because it does not suit you, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Defective Product or Our Error: If the product arrived damaged or does not match your order, we will cover the return shipping costs (or we will send you a new product without requiring a return, depending on the case).

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please contact us by email at: contact@enluzia.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Instructions: We will provide you with the appropriate return address (do not send the product to the sender’s address on the package without our approval, as our warehouses are located internationally).

  3. Shipping: Carefully pack the product and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

4. Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • We will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

  • A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. The banking time to see the funds may vary (usually 5 to 10 business days).

5. Refunds for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with a photo of the defect. We will offer you either:

  • The immediate and free reshipment of a new item.

  • A full refund of your purchase.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized products (engravings, special orders).

  • Gift cards.
