What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times are divided into two stages:
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (preparation and packaging of your order).
- Delivery time: 4 to 7 business days once the package has been shipped.
We ship our products worldwide. Please note that for certain more remote or isolated regions, delivery times may be slightly longer depending on local postal services.

You have 90 days after receipt to return your item if it is not suitable. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in its original packaging and unopened.
- You must contact us beforehand by sending photos of the product and the specific reason for your return.
- Once these details have been approved, we will provide you with the return address.
